Why it’s built in stages
You don’t commit to a year.
You commit to one stage at a time.
Surrender cannot be rushed, and it cannot be skipped to. You can’t build the house before the ground is cleared. The journey is delivered in three-month stages — and each one earns the next. Low commitment to begin. A real threshold to cross before going deeper.
1.Begin with one stage
You enrol in Stage One – three months – not a twelve-month contract. A doable, honest beginning. This is where the static clears.
2. Complete it to unlock the next
Each stage has a threshold. Finish the work of Stage One and you’re invited into Stage Two. You cannot enter a later stage without completing the one before – the inner ground has to be ready.
3. Go as far as you’re called
Stages One and Two together are your complete 6-month transformation. From there, graduates may continue into the deeper work – all the way to the full year.
Each stage is a threshold, not a paywall. You earn the next room by walking the one you’re in.

What you’ll move through, and what you’ll walk away holding. The first two stages are your 6-month core — a complete arc on their own. The final two are the optional deepening, opened only to graduates of the core.

1–3
Clear the Static
Dissolving fear & resistance
Before anything can be received, the noise has to quieten. We map what keeps repeating in your life, find where the body has been holding it, and begin to turn down the signal that’s been broadcasting fear and scarcity on a loop. In the language of neuroscience: quieting the ruminating mind. In the language of your tradition: clearing the soil.
By the end you’ll have:
- A clear map of your repeating patterns and their root
- Daily grounding practices that calm the nervous system
- A new relationship with your triggers – as information, not malfunction
- The first felt experience of speaking from steadiness, not reactivity

Months
4-6
Open the Channel
Surrender to God / Source
With the static reduced, the receiving channel can open. This is the part most coaching skips – and the heart of the whole journey. You’ll learn what is yours to carry and what was never yours to hold, and how to pray in a way that actually lands. By the close, you’ll have lived the full arc: from fear to safety, from self to Source – and tasted your first conscious co-creation.
By the end you’ll have:
- A working practice of surrender that is active, not passive
- Prayer as conversation and state – not performance
- A felt sense of being held, guided, and never alone
- Boundaries built from safety, and connection you can carry all day

7–9
Co-Create
Living the life you’re calling in
The radio is recalibrated and the channel is open — so the work becomes conscious co-creation within a surrendered, faith-anchored frame. Your relationship with abundance, the identity shift into the woman who has already received, and expanding your capacity to actually hold what you’ve asked for.
By the end you’ll have:
- A conscious, surrendered practice of co-creation
- A cleared relationship with abundance and deservingness
- An embodied identity shift — being, before having

10–12
Live as Co-Creator
Legacy, inheritance & integration
The final deepening — turning the practice into a way of living and something worth passing on. Aligned action without burnout, breaking the patterns that end with you, and integrating the full year into a sustainable, tradition-rooted way of being.
By the end you’ll have:
- Aligned action without burnout — the right 20%
- Clarity on what ends with you, and what you now pass on
- A sustainable lifelong practice rooted in your own tradition
One state, many names
Pray in the words that are already yours.
Every Abrahamic tradition named the inner posture of prayer, and named the human being as a partner in creation. You’ll work in the vocabulary that’s already yours – nothing needs to change.
